High-precision Time Measurement (TDC) Circuit for Laser Ranging
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The MS1003 is a high-precision time measurement (TDC) circuit.
Compared with the MS1002, it has higher accuracy and smaller package,
which is suitable for high-precision small package applications.
The MS1003 has dual-channel, multi-pulse sampling capability, high-
speed SPI communication, multiple measurement modes, and is suitable for
radar and laser ranging.
