Crocus Technology (Crocus) is committed to being good stewards of the substances used in our products

and their impact on the environment. Through work with our Regulatory Experts, we have determined

that to the best of our knowledge that REACH Annex XVII Chemical Restrictions do not impact Crocus

products.

Crocus will continue to engage our supply chain regarding REACH Candidate substances, and we will

continue to evaluate the impact of REACH Chemical Restrictions to our products.
