Problem/Solution

The Automotive grade Pxxx0S3N-A SIDACtor Series provides robust AC power line

protection from overvoltage transients in hostile environments. The Pxxx0S3N-A

series protects exposed interfaces in automotive, industrial, and ICT applications,

such as automotive electronics and AC power supplies. The Pxxx0S3N-A switching

voltage is much lower than the alternative components. This protection thyristor

series is rated 6k V / 3k A (8/20 μs), enabling equipment compliance with regulatory

and customer surge requirements.
