At present, 5” wafer is used for TPxx/SLDxx TVS AUTO, and some raw materials of TPxx/SLDxx TVS AUTO are sole source without

alternative.

In order to support fast-growing demand and secure continuity of supply for our customers, meanwhile to implement Business
