Product Overview
NSM2016 isanintegrated path current sensorwith a very
low on-resistance of 1.2mΩ, reducing heat loss on thechip.
NOVOSENSEinnovativeisolation technologyandsignal
conditioning design can meet high isolationlevels while
sensing thecurrent flowing through theinternal Busbar. A
differentialHall pair is used internally,so ithas a strong
immunityto external stray magnetic fields.
NSM2016 has a fixed outputmode. Comparedwith the
current samplingmethodof the Shunt+ isolated op amp,
NSM2016 eliminates the need fortheprimary side power
supply andhas a simple and convenient layout.At the
sametime, it hasextremely high isolation withstand
voltageandlifetimestability.
In high-side currentmonitoring applications,NSM2016 can
reach a working voltageof 600Vpk, and it can withstand
6kV surgevoltage without addinganyprotectiondevices.
Dueto NSM2016internalaccuratetemperature
compensationalgorithmandfactoryaccuracy calibration,
this current sensorcan maintain good accuracyin the full
temperature working range,andthecustomer does not
need to do secondary programmingor calibration.
NSM2016 provides overcurrent protect function.
