PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The CT130 is a 1D linear TMR sensor that is sensitive in
the Z axis. It is configured in a full-bridge configuration from
Crocus Technology developed on its patented
XtremeSense® TMR technology. The total magnetic field
range for the CT130 is from -150 mT to +150 mT providing
XtremeSense® performance to achieve unparalleled
temperature stability across the full temperature range.
Most importantly, the CT130 has very low noise which
enables a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) for applications
that demand high accuracy and precision. It supports a
wide operating voltage range of 1.0 V to 5.5 V.
It is available in a low profile and very small form factor
package: a 6-lead DFN package that is 1.50 1.50 0.45
mm in size.
PACKAGE: 6-lead DFN
