1、 Overview
CS2004CP/CB is a monolithic high-voltage，high-current Darlington transistors arrays
that consists of seven NPN Darlington pairs. It is useful for driving a wide range of loads
including relays，hammers，LED display lamps，high power buffers and so on. It’s features
are：
● Output current 500mA per driver（MAX.）
● High sustaining voltage output 50V（MAX.）
● 6–15V CMOS, PMOS compatible inputs
● Integrated suppression diodes for inductive loads
● Package：DIP16(CS2004CP); SOP16(CS2004CB)
