1 General Description
CS2003CP/CB is a monolithic high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistors arrays
that consists of seven NPN Darlington pairs. It is useful for driving a wide range of loads
including relays, hammers, LED display lamps, high power buffers and so on.

Output current 500mA per driver (MAX)
High sustaining voltage output 50V (MIN)
5V TTL, CMOS compatible inputs
Integrated suppression diodes for inductive loads

CS2003CP/CB with a 2.7 series input resistor is well suited for systems utilizing a
5.0V TTL or CMOS Logic. All units feature integral clamp diodes for switching inductive
loads.
