High-precision Time Measurement (TDC) Circuit for Laser Ranging
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
MS1003 is a highprecision time measurement (TDC) circuit. Compared
with the MS1002, it has higher accuracy and smaller package, which is
suitable for highprecision small package applications.
MS1003 has dualchannel, multipulse sampling capability, highspeed SPI
communication, multiple measurement modes, and is suitable for radar and
laser ranging.
