Description
The TPL8032 series are 300-mA high PSRR, ultra-low noise,
low dropout linear regulators with 20-V wide input voltage range.
The TPL8032 series support adjustable output voltage ranges
from 1.2 V to 18 V with external resistor divider and is stable
with 2.2 μF or larger ceramic output capacitor.
The TPL8032 series have high PSRR with 80 dB at 1kHz and 8
μV
RMS
ultra-low noise. These features make TPL8032 series
suitable for noise-sensitive applications with large ripple and
noise generated from previous stage power supply, such as
high-performance analog devices or high-definition imaging
equipment. Output shortage protection and thermal overload
protection circuits improves the reliability under heavy load
conditions.
The TPL8032 series provide small SOT23-5 package, thermal-
enhanced ESOP8 package and SOT89-3 package with
guaranteed junction temperature range from –40°C to +125°C.
