Dealer Action: Apply the patch using "System Update" in the "System Parameters" view of the

Nyquist web interface.

This is an informational Technical Support Bulletin to make you aware of issues that were found and

resolved in C4000 Release 3.0.0.555. This patch provides a fix to address an issue where the validity

period of the Bogen Root Certificate generated by the E7000 system was too long when used with

certain web browsers versions on various Operating Systems (e.g., Chrome v90.x, macOS Big Sur, iOS

v14.5x, etc.). The update also provides an enhancement to the NWS Alert Filters feature that now

allows for the playing of an announcement in a zone in conjunction with the “Display-Msg” Routine

action.

Please make sure to read the “C4000 3.0.0.555 Patch-2 Release Notes” prior to updating your system.
