How to feed a cable assembly with connector through
a strain relief fitting:
1. Determine largest dimension of the plug.
2. Choose Strain Relief with appropriate Dome opening
(see table on page 56).
3. Drill solid insert to exact cable diameter & slice insert on
one side only.
4. Assemble by feeding Connector first through dome nut and Strain
Relief body, snap insert over cable and insert into body, tighten
dome nut - Done!
5. This applies to PG, NPT or Metric solutions.
