Known Issues:
- Sanitize is not supported for NVMe, it will be visible to the user, but not actionable.
- When a USB stick is inserted it can take time for the program to return and show the USB available.
- NVMe drives may not show the correct speed and width.
- Drives in a secondary RAID with a primary drive that is also managed by SSD Dashboard will show the volume and status
information for that primary drive. (Volume C: is shown incorrectly)
- Drives that are really in an “unknown” state will show up as “Poor” in dashboard. (This is usually when they are connected
with a low qualityUSB cable or behind an HBA)
- X600 and Ultra 3D drives behind a RAID fails to update the firmware on early iRST drivers. It is suggested that the user
move to at least version 15.8 of the iRST driver. When the drives are out of RAID or using the USB key the update works.

Known Issues:
- Cannot perform firmware update using USB bootable drive if the drive is connecting to certain USB/SATA adaptor cables
- Cannot detect multiple drives if they are connected to a Silicon Image PCI(e) SATA controller card
- Cannot detect drives if they are connected to a Marvell controller and configured as RAID
- The unsubscribe URL that is provided at the bottom of all text message alerts when in the Danish language and using the
Verizon gateway will have two periods in it, therefore clicking it will correctly indicate that it is an invalid URL. As a work
around, copy the URL and paste it into your browser, edit it to remove the extra period and then submit it. Or you can simply
open the Dashboard and unsubscribe within it.
