All Nichia LEDs and LDs (except for the LD Slot Modules) on the website and in our LED

catalogs from 2006 to present comply with the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous

Substances (RoHS) in Electrical and Electronic Equipment as of July, 2006.

Most of the LEDs are Pb-free soldering compatible (Max Soldering Temp. 260 deg. C) so

that these LEDs can be used as environmentally safe products.
