Description of Change
Silicon Labs is pleased to announce the successful qualification of the EM358x stepper/scanner mask. TSMC has converted
the non-critical mask layers from a scanner mask to a stepper mask to increase their photo tool flexibility and capacity for the
EM358x products.
As of the effective date of the PCN, Silicon Labs will fulfill orders from the updated scanner/stepper mask set.
