Product Discontinuance Notification (PDN) No: 1306

Reason for Discontinuance:

The lead-frames for these packages were driven by our assembly vendor Amkor

Technology’s supplier, who manufactures the tsCSP lead-frames. Due to a very low

demand, sporadic purchase activity of these packages, and the high cost to sustain the

process equipment and the plating chemical set-up conditions over long-lasting times of

non-production, the supplier has been forced to exit from the tsCSP (Microsemi’s QN

packages) lead-frame supply industry.

Amkor is unable to find an alternative s upplier that can manufacture t he ident ical lead-

There is a limited inventory of these parts; orders will be taken on a first-come, first-

served basis.

Orders for these products will be non-cancel able and non-returnable.

Replacement Parts:

There are no packages with equivalent footprints for the QNG108, QNG180, and

QNG132 currently availa ble.
