DeWAL® DW200 is skived from a modified homopolymer
resin containing a high level of a fully fluorinated co-
monomer that is in our DeWAL® DW219 film. The
incorporation of the co-monomer yields a material with
improved electrical and physical properties. This film can be
thermally fused to itself (625-650°F). The modified
homopolymer resin exhibits chemical resistance equivalent to
that of a standard homopolymer PTFE. It is also a good
substitute for melt processable films such as PFA.
