Long Sing focuses on the research and development of battery technologies,
chemistries and IoT application support since 2010. Its main product line ranges
from primary lithium batteries (Lithium thionly chloride, LiSOCl2) to rechargeable
lithium batteries (Hybrid Pulse Capacitor, HPC).
Our uniquely formulated Hybrid Pulse Capacitor (HPC) with novel carbon anode
material and uniquely formulated electrolyte possess large pulse discharge
capability under extreme temperature from -40°C to 85°C. With remarkably
long cycle life and service life, the HPC is ideal for operating All-weather
remote Internet of Things (IoT) devices, remote sensing and communication
devices. Our HPC was highly recognized (awarded gold medal) in the
45th International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva 2017.
Our Lithium thionly chloride, LiSOCl2 batteries ER-Series are manufactured by
Wuhan Zhongyuan Changjiang Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd
(“ZCST”) since 2001. ZCST manufactures all types and models of lithium thionyl
chloride LiSOCl2 battery and more than 50% of the products are exported to
North America and Europe. ZCST has well proven product designs and processes,
which will essentially keep the high quality of our products. Our high temperature
(150°C) LiSOCl2 batteries are dedicated for MWD/LWD application and SLB-150 CC
battery pack is designed for DigiFIN®, DigiBIRD® II, Speedlog and Velocimeter.
Last but not least, we invest heavily on research & development on battery
technologies and chemistries. We just had a major breakthrough that we can offer
the highest charge density (300wh/kg) Lithium Polymer battery in the market.
This battery will be used in drone or electric vehicle.

HYBRID PULSE CAPACITOR (HPC)
Our Hybrid Pulse Capacitor (HPC) with novel carbon anode material and
uniquely formulated electrolyte possess large pulse discharge capability
under extreme temperature from -40°C to 85°C. It is ideal for operating
"All-weather" remote Internet of Things (IoT) devices.
Our Bobbin-type lithium thionyl chloride (LiSOCL2) batteries and
HPCs are manufactured by Wuhan ZCST. ZCST is among the top
LiSOCl2 battery manufacturer in China and has the first production
line setup since 1995. The proven plant designs, knowhow and
advanced manufacturing processes which will essentially keep
the high quality of our products.
Our IoT battery pack is formed by connecting one or more primary
lithium thionyl chloride batteries in parallel with one or more HPCs.
With HPCs in placed, the battery pack will effectively eliminate the
voltage delay, increase the pulse current capability and minimize the
impedance loss of the battery.
