The R1260 S is a ste p-down DC /DC contr oller which can g enerate a n output voltage of 1.0 V to 16.0 V b y
driving external high- / low-side NMOSs. By the adoption of a unique current mode PWM architecture without
an extern al current sense r esistor, th is device can m ake up a stable DC/ DC converter with high-efficiency
even if adding low Ron MOSFETs and a low DCR inductor externa lly.
● 48 V power can be provided by a wide-ranging input voltage of 5.0 V to 60 V.
● High-accuracy feedback voltage: 0.8 V ±1.5% (−40°C ≤ Ta ≤ 125°C)
● HSOP-18 package provides a high level of safety against a short between adjoining pins.
