The Perspective:
Vishay’s ne w 45 V, 50 V, 60 V, 100 V, and 120 V TMBS Trench MOS Barrier Schottky rectifiers feature a
wide range of current ratings from 10 A to 60 A in the low-profile SMPD package, which has a typical
height of 1.7 mm and is compatible with D2PAK footprint. With low forward voltage drop down to 0.40 V
at 15 A, the rectifiers are designed for commercial applications.
Availability: Samples and production quantities of the new 45 V, 50 V, 60 V, 100 V, and 120 V TMBS
rectifiers in the SMPD package are available now, with lead times of eight weeks for larger orders.
