Infrared Emitters and Detectors
Vishay’s infrared emitters and detectors with a 1.8 mm dome lens are offered in compact gullwing, reverse
gullwing, and side view packages. The emitters are available with various wavelengths, radiant intensities,
and viewing angles. Matching photo detectors are offered as PIN photodiodes or phototransistors. They can
be ordered with or without a daylight blocking filter. AEC-Q101 qualified parts are provided for automotive
applications. All devices are RoHS compliant, halogen-free and conform to Vishay “Green” standards.

– Gullwing and reverse gullwing package dimensions:
2.3 mm x 2.3 mm x 2.5 mm (2.8 mm)
– Side-view package dimensions:
2.3 mm x 2.55 mm x 2.3 mm

– Radiant intensity from 20 mW/sr to 120 mW/sr
– Viewing angle from ± 7° to ± 28°
