Lead-Free EU Directive

Referring to EU Directive 2002/95/EC, Restrictions of Hazardous

Substances (RoHS), which was implemented on July 1, 2006, Wall

Industries, Inc. is committed to fulfill environmental requirements for the

purpose of preserving and protecting the world’s habitat. By instituting

constraints of material through selective controls within RoHS requirements,

Wall Industries, Inc. intends to take more responsibility for protecting the

environment.

At this point, current models in our catalog are being converted to 100%

lead-free as the business situation and customer demand justifies the cost of

re-design. This is based on our schedule and our client industries (telecom,

medical, military, etc.) most of which are exempt until the year 2010 in

accordance with Technical Adaptation Committee (TAC).

Wall Industries, Inc. is committed to design future products to comply with

the EU Directive guidelines. We will also continue to assure quality and
