This manual describes remote control. The interface

manual is written for readers with sufficient basic knowl-

edge of how to control measuring instruments using a

PC.

This document briefly explains the PLZ-5W panel and

the basic operation of it.

• Setup Guide

This guide is intended for first-time users of the product.

It gives an overview of the product, connecting proce-

dures, safety precautions, etc. Please read this manual

before you operate the product.
