As of June 2007, above listed NKK Switches’ products are all in compliance with the requirements of the current REACH
Regulation, EC 1907/2006, including any exemptions currently in effect. The 181 substances listed as of 1/15/2018 in the link below
are not present at or above 0.1%.

NKK Switches will not register any substances with European Chemical Agency (ECHA) for the following reasons:
1. NKK Switches production volume imported into the EU does not exceed 1 ton per year and no substances are discharged
intentionally from NKK Switches’ products.
2. NKK Switches production volume imported into the EU, including substance of very high concern (SVHC), does not exceed
1 ton per year limit.
This Certificate of REACH Compliance does not apply to below listed series.
