Ohmcraft has an initiative to be RoHS compliant on all products shipped after
September 1, 2005. This initiative
enables Ohmcraft to meet the current EU WEEE deadline of July 1, 2006, in accordance with the Directive
2002/95/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 January 2003. By the
elimination of lead (Pb), Ohmcraft will also be compliant with IEC guide 113, Japan's JEDEC Green
Procurement Policy and the China Agenda 21.

Ohmcraft will automatically change all current orders that are not already RoHS
compliant that ship on or
after September 1, 2005. On that date, current
customers will be notified upon order placement and
acknowledgement via our normal change notification process. The following Ohmcraft Part Number
designations will take effect as Ohmcraft RoHS compliant parts are designated with different / changed
Part Numbers.
