Statement Regarding SVHC Reporting Obligations Under REAC
●Gowanda Electronics:
■ Is aware of its obligations under the 'REACH' initiative and does neither import nor does it produce any chemical substances.
■We are a non-EU manufacturer of articles, and our products are not intended to release any substances in the sense of REACH.
■We also declare that our RoHS products and packaging, do not contain any of the SVHC substances noted in the latest revision of the candidate list of June 2022 (224 SVHCs) identified by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
■In addition, we do not add any of the restricted materials listed under Annex XVII, and none of the materials requiring authorization under Annex XIV of regulation EC No. 1907/2006 and current amendments.
■We collect and review material safety datasheets (MSDS) for all preparations used in our processes.
■For our finished products (articles), safety datasheets are not available and are not needed.
■We will continue to periodically review the List of SVHC substances for new entries, and will continue to survey our supplier base for statements of compliance in regards to REACH.
■We believe this information to be true based on MSDS data give to us by our suppliers, and/or their statements of compliance.
