PT6605DW 3~5 Cell Series Li-ion/Polymer Battery Detection IC
■The PT6605DW battery detection IC is designed for protecting 3~5 cell series lithium- ion/polymer battery from being damaged or overall lifetime degrading due to cell over- charge, over-discharge or over temperature condition. Its CO indicates over-charge, over and low-temperature event when charging, while DO indicates over-discharge, over and low-temperature during discharging.
■The small TSSOP14 package and minimum required external components make it easy to be integrated into the limited space in battery pack.
■The accurate ±25mV overcharging detection voltage ensures safety and fully battery capacity charging.
■The low power design only consumes insignificant current in storage stage.

◆Cell Overcharge Voltage: VCOV = 4.350V/4.225V/3.85V/3.65V; Accuracy: ±25mV
◆Cell Overcharge Release Voltage: VΔCOV = 100mV/ 150mV
◆Cell Under-Discharge Voltage: VCUV = 2.8V / 2.7V / 2.5V / 2.3V; Accuracy:±80mV
◆Cell Under-Discharge Release Voltage: VΔCUV =300mV/ 500mV

◆Discharge over temperature: DOT
◆Charge over temperature: COT
◆Charge under temperature: CUT
◆Discharge under temperature: DUT
