Highly Reliable Medical DC/DC Converters That Help to Rescue Lives: Medical Certificated 1-60W DC/DC Converters
●P-DUKE has launched its new cost-effective MPK06 DC/DC converter series dedicated for medical applications with 2xMOPP insulation requirements. MPK06 series provides 6W output power, 8mm clearance and creepage insulation distance, max. 2uA leakage current as well as full protection functions.
●MPK06 series offers single and dual outputs of 5, 12, 15, ±5, ±12, ±15VDC with 2:1 input voltage ranges from 9-18, 18-36, and 36-75V. The output voltages are adjustable by external resistors in ranges of +20%/-10% (15Vout) and +10%/ -10% for all other single and dual output models. The full protection functions include over-current protection (hiccup mode), short-circuit protection (automatic recovery), output over-voltage protection and input under-voltage protection. The series offers two different pinout footprints for an easier PCB layout adaption.
●The integrated EMI filter complies with EN 55032 class A and IEC/EN 60601-1-2 limits which helps to save space on the PCB and time in the design-in phase. The converter’s max. operating altitude is 5000m and it offers a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C (to +85°C without derating) which makes these medical grade DC/DC converters the ideal solution for highly reliable equipment in harsh and ruggedized environments.
