●Eaton‘s LOFMEM T membrane filter cartridges are suitable for gas/vent applications and the filtration of aggressive compounds. Specific uses include: strong acids/bases, compressed gases, photoresists and hot DI water.
●LOFMEM T membrane filter cartridges offer precision filtration – even under harsh, corrosive environments. The polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane with additional polypropylene support layers and components offer superior hydrophobicity and water intrusion resistance.
