Description:
The AT32F415incorporates the high-performance ARM®Cortex®-M432-bit RISCcore operating at 150MHz. The Cortex®-M4core features a full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) which enhances application security.The AT32F415incorporateshigh-speed embedded memories (up to 256Kbytes of Flash memoryand32Kbytes of SRAM), enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses.Any block of the Flash memory can be protected by the sLib, functioning as a security area with code-excutable only.The AT32F415offers one12-bit ADC, two analog comparators, fivegeneral-purpose 16-bit timers plus two general-purpose 32-bit timers, and onePWM timers for motor control, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces, up to twoI2Cs, twoSPIs (bothmultiplexed as I2Ss), oneSDIO, five USARTs, an USBOTG full-speed interface, and a CAN.The AT32F415operates in the -40 to +105°Ctemperature range, from a 2.6 to 3.6 V power supply. A comprehensive set of power-saving mode allows the design of low-power application.
